The Wasp

So I found this wasp nest under the outside electrical box of my home yesterday and rather than run to get the wasp spray, I got my camera!

I am pretty sure that not a whole lot of people like wasps, although, they are kind of cool to look at up close (in a picture of course, I do not advise to get close in person!)

What are your thoughts on this species? Please do share....

I took these pictures at the San Diego Zoo and I wanted to share them with you.  

As I took these pictures, I searched to look deep in their eyes.  I find that we can see the soul through the eyes regardless if they are an animal, they breath because God gave them life.  

Perhaps there was a part of me that was sad for these beautiful animals, living their life in a cage.  Even so, they are well fed, have lots of friends and plenty of sunshine.

I hope you enjoy them as I enjoyed taking them!

A series of fish with attitudes

I will call this my fish series; I had so much fun taking pictures of these fish at Strachota Insurance Agency in Temecula, California.  I am excited to be able to share them with you!
